Description
Vinification: Harvested slightly over maturity, the 4 grape varieties are vinified separately entirely in barrels, after 3 months of maceration the marc is removed from the wine, followed by aging for 4 months in French oak barrels of 3 or 4 wines .
Tasting: Brilliant blood colour, the nose is ample jammy fruit embellished with liquorice, Supple wine in the mouth, spicy which opens on thyme, garrigue to finish on notes of red fruits, Kircherry.
Agreements : Strong meats or in sauces and strong cheeses. Serve at 14°.
