Description
Vinification: Harvested over ripe, vinified in barrels, the extraction is obtained by manual punching down, followed by a long maceration of 12 weeks, and aging for 4 months in French oak barrels of 3 wines.
Tasting : Limpid cherry red colour. The nose of black fruit, blackberry, blackcurrant. Ample wine on the palate, spicy which opens with notes of scrubland.
Pairings: Strong meats or in sauces and refined cheeses. Serve at 14°.
