Description
Vinification: Harvested at maturity, the grapes are vinified in vats to keep all their fruitiness and lightness, fermentation at low temperature, short maceration.
Tasting : Brilliant raspberry colour, fruity peach, pear and floral, violet nose. Supple and light wine on the palate with notes of fresh red fruits, the tannins are melted and discreet.
Pairings: As an accompaniment to summer meals, charcuterie or cheese board, aperitif, grilled meat, white meat. Serve at 12°.
