Description
Winemaking : Harvested at maturity in the early morning, pressed immediately and maintained at 14° throughout the fermentation to keep all the fruitiness of the grapes. Aged 3 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees.
Tasting: Sparkling pale yellow color, explosive nose, floral and white-fleshed fruits, fresh mouth, balanced on citrus notes.
Agreements : Fish, shellfish or as an aperitif. Serve at 9°.
