Description
Winemaking : Harvested by hand, maceration for 3 days in a cold room, followed by delicate pressing. The beginning of fermentation takes place in vats maintained at 14°, and ends in oak barrels. The wine is then aged with regular batonnage for 4 months, always in new barrels.
Tasting : Beautiful golden color. Nose of white peach combining floral notes of acacia and lime blossom. The palate is lively but delicate, honey, slightly toasted vanilla.
Agreements : Ideal companion for seafood, truffle dishes or simply as an aperitif. Serve at 9°.
