Description
Winemaking : Harvested at maturity on a cool morning, bled from a vat of red, maintained at 14° throughout the fermentation, it has kept all the fruitiness of Grenache. Fermentation is stopped at a precise moment by filtration and cooling of the must in order to keep a slight sweetness.
Tasting: Pale pink color, fruity nose, round and unctuous mouth, balanced on notes of dried figs and garrigue.
Agreements : Appetizer, exotic salad or dessert. Serve at 9°. Grape variety: viognier
